Biz Systems Magic Online is Donating All Proceeds?
Managing Business Systems including cloud and on-premise applications is critical to driving digital initiatives in an organization. After talking to a number of Business Systems leaders, we realized that this group was underserved and there was a hunger to have a dedicated community where they could discuss their challenges, exchange ideas, and more.
That's why we started this invite-only community of Business Systems leaders. In person and online, members can exchange best practices and collaborate with one another.

Then hear Jain discuss how Covid-19 has accelerated Upwork’s use of their own product and how he’s developed a business continuity plan that covers both employees and external parties (e.g. service providers) during the short and long term.

Connect with several attendees who can provide you with invaluable guidance and mentorship. How does it work? You’ll be matched with another attendee for up to 5 minutes (you can choose to exit the conversation earlier) and if you both choose the “Connect” button, you will be given each other’s contact information.
Ranga hosts a virtual Fireside Chat with Roberts and O’Callaghan to understand how Support leaders are driving the bottom line and how Business Technology can enable that. Then Ranga will present a BT perspective on how Support processes all translate into Customer Experience and what metrics you should be targeting.
Watch Jackson and Flynn discuss what it takes to implement and maintain an effective order to cash process. They’ll cover common pitfalls when implementing it, how to readjust it during the pandemic, and some ways to align sales and finance so that the process continually works for both teams.
In this session you’ll get a look into the comprehensive software spend plan Paris put together for People.ai. But software is just one key part of company spend. The most expensive asset is people. Blaisure covers how he is addressing hiring at a time when many companies have put forward a hiring freeze.
Lead to Revenue is a multi-app, cross-department process often rife with customizations. Get an inside look into how the Business Technology team at Slack partnered with SalesOps to create 3 bots that streamline lead to revenue, eliminate app hopping, and provide a great ROI for the company. The session will cover how the Slack team tackled prospecting, getting approvals for deals, and finally, order automation (ie. closing the deal, automated provisioning).
Your company is likely sitting on a pile of data that’s not fully utilized. Discover how Cole built workflow automations around product data that saved his team from performing manual tasks in their applications and improved the customer experience. You can use his experience to help guide you in getting the most out of your product data.
Based on years of experience at one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies, Gilead Sciences, Cassidy will walk you through each step of implementing a business applications roadmap. He’ll cover where you’ll need to start, how to prioritize your projects, and what you can do to visualize and maintain your roadmap over time.
Why should a smaller organization care about using a business applications roadmap? And how can you share these reasons persuasively? Eng will tackle both of these questions so you can successfully convince everyone on your team, including your executives, to use them.
How does a fully remote company like Gitlab respond to Covid-19 versus a hybrid-environment like the one at Veeva? Watch our panel answer several of your burning questions, like: “What does remote work look like for BT professionals?” and “How can I stay productive and avoid burning out?” Their answers can help resolve any uncertainties you’re facing and allow you to perform better at work.
